12-month business mentoring program
Our 12-month business mentoring program is ideal for owners and managers who’ve been running their small business for three years or more and want to take it to the next level.
The program is currently offered in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
- The personal guidance of an experienced 10X accredited business coach for the duration of the program
- A kick-off business health check to reveal your current business status and the challenges and opportunities
- Six one-day mastermind classroom sessions with your coach where you learn and collaborate with a small group of peers in a supportive environment
- Bi-monthly one-on-one sessions with your coach to review your progress and business goals and pick up fresh advice
- Free access to a huge online knowledge library of useful guides, checklists and informative resources for small businesses
Plus you’ll be awarded the nationally-recognised Diploma of Business (BSB50215) on successful completion of the program*.
Keeping you on track for success
As you progress, you’ll be supported and encouraged to meet your defined goals not only by your coach, but by your program peers. Many business owners find this accountability one of the most powerful aspects of their business coaching experience.
By the end of the program, you’ll have grown a supportive network of like-minded professionals who understand your business and will be there to help you forge ahead. Your completed action plans and new insights will have driven positive change for both you and your business and you’ll have earned the highly-regarded Diploma of Business (BSB50215).
