We’re always keen to hear from exceptional senior managers and well-established business owners who love to share their knowledge and experience.
Our coaches are appointed by the 10X selection committee and must complete our accreditation process as they begin coaching.
10X coach accreditation includes:
- Attendance and completion to two nationally-recognised qualifications (if not already qualified)
- BSB50215 Diploma of Business*
- TAE40110 Cert IV in Training and Assessment**
- Monthly group coaching meeting (our ‘Coaching Club for Coaches’)
- Free access to a huge knowledge library of useful and informative business resources
- Free use of our 10X coaching systems and processes
- Assistance with accessing government funding for your clients
- Lots of marketing resources and support to grow your profile
- Access to the BSI Business Builders Group (BBG) and opportunity to become a BBG mentor
- Access to BSI coach alumni membership
